This past spring, my sister vacationed in Spain with her hubby and their little boy for two weeks.  In one of the pictures she sent me, I noticed the desperate need of a necklace to complete her outfit.  She wore a breezy yellow top paired with a navy and white polka dot short she purchased at the Madrid Zara.  The Spain I remember overflowed with bright, vivid colors.  I wanted to illustrate a fun, bold statement necklace and this happy Kate Spade piece did the trick for me and Hola!  (Get it?  In place of voila?  Cheesy, I know.
